Fall Festival 2023 - Filipino Ministry Thank you brothers and sisters for your time, talent and treasure during our annual fall festival. These are some guidelines for manning the Filipino booth for this year. Within the booth I have created new roles to make it a little bit organized this year. We have: Ticket Collector Order Taker Servers Runners Ticket collector Responsible for taking tickets only Order Taker Accepts the orders and communicates the orders to the runners. Also counts the number of orders. We will have a sheet to tally what was ordered. This will give us an idea of how many combos we've served Coordinates with ticket collector to make sure customers have paid For customers with special passes, they can only get 1 rder at a time. They cannot order 5 combos at one time. Servers Stands behind the food trays and serves the food to assist the runners Need a minimum of 3 servers to cater to serve the rice, pansit, adobo, eggrolls and turon ...
